Refunds Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchange. However it is my utmost goal to make sure you are happy with your new item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 7 days at dearmaydesigns@gmail.com. I have found at times that a simple adjustment is what is needed to fully satisfy a customer. If not, you are welcome to return any item, unworn/unused within 7 days of receipt. I can adjust most items, please just ask, as I want you to be able to enjoy your jewellery for a long time!
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

All items ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment unless otherwise stated.
Express shipping is available for all listings - please contact me with any questions.
Currently we do not ship internationally, however if you have a specific request please contact me directly and we can try to accommodate your request.
